Team Supervisor – Reablement

Location: Worcestershire

Salary: £31,537- £33,699 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Supervisor to join our Reablement Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and supervise a dedicated team of staff that support people in their own home.

As a Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, by managing a team of staff to develop their abilities to deliver positive outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Supervisory and leadership support to a team of up to 24 Assistants
  • Support recruitment, induction, and deliver training to staff
  • Conduct supervision sessions, appraisals, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of documentation
  • Participate in a duty rota that covers 7 day working 365 days of the year.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in supervising or leading a team and managing performance
  • Knowledgeable about Reablement principles and best practice
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to chair meetings and write comprehensive reports.
  • Able to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to staff development and continuous improvement
  • Have an understanding, and contribute to Quality Assurance
  • Be fully conversant with IT systems
