Team Supervisor – Reablement
Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £31,537- £33,699 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Supervisor to join our Reablement Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and supervise a dedicated team of staff that support people in their own home.
As a Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, by managing a team of staff to develop their abilities to deliver positive outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Supervisory and leadership support to a team of up to 24 Assistants
- Support recruitment, induction, and deliver training to staff
- Conduct supervision sessions, appraisals, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of documentation
- Participate in a duty rota that covers 7 day working 365 days of the year.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in supervising or leading a team and managing performance
- Knowledgeable about Reablement principles and best practice
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- The ability to chair meetings and write comprehensive reports.
- Able to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to staff development and continuous improvement
- Have an understanding, and contribute to Quality Assurance
- Be fully conversant with IT systems
