About the Role
Understanding Recruitment is an award-winning specialist technology recruitment agency based in St Albans. We are experiencing an exciting phase of growth and are seeking talented, ambitious Sourcing Consultants to join our high-performing teams.
As a Sourcer, you will focus on identifying and securing top tech talent—supporting your team and the wider business in doing so. You’ll work closely with our expanding client base, helping them source expert tech candidates, while collaborating internally with Client Owners.
