Tech Lead – Manchester Scale-Up

About the Role

We’re seeking a Tech Lead to join a private equity-backed tech company in Manchester as they scale.

This is a people leadership role where you will:

  • Collaborate with a Product Owner to lead an autonomous, cross-functional team responsible for all stages of systems development, including:
    • Design
    • Development
    • Deployment
    • Production support
  • Empower the squad to adopt their own methodologies and practices
  • Foster an experimental, AI-driven engineering culture—including early adoption of AI tools and development of agentic systems
