Project Overview
We are looking for a Tech Lead .NET who can join a collaborative product engineering team building a modern, cloud-native SaaS platform used across a large-scale product ecosystem. You'll lead a Scrum team responsible for delivering high-quality features across a distributed, event-driven architecture consisting of 20+ microservices.
It's a HealthTech company specializing in audiology, providing cloud-based practice management software, clinical testing tools, and data analytics solutions for hearing care professionals, clinics, and hospitals. Their platform supports the full patient journey—from appointment scheduling and clinical workflows to billing and aftercare—helping streamline operations and reduce administrative workload.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of software and QA engineers, ensuring high-quality end-to-end feature delivery;
- Own the technical direction for your domain by driving architecture decisions, defining coding standards, and maintaining a sustainable approach to technical debt;
- Design, develop, and evolve scalable, cloud-native applications built on a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture;
- Build and maintain modern web applications using .NET Core, Azure Services, and the React ecosystem;
- Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver valuable product outcomes;
- Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability are considered from the design phase;
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and release planning to enable smooth and predictable deliveries;
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous feedback;
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, engineering excellence, and continuous learning;
- Contribute hands-on to development while supporting the organization's cloud transformation strategy within Azure.

If You Are
- An experienced Tech Lead with 2+ years of technical leadership experience building complex software solutions, ideally within SaaS products;
- A software engineer with 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET Core;
- Experienced in designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP;
- Proficient with Azure SQL Database (or other relational databases) and Entity Framework Core;
- Strong in software architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern engineering best practices;
- Comfortable making architectural decisions while balancing business priorities and technical quality;
- Passionate about mentoring engineers, growing team capability, and creating an environment where people can succeed;
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives in ambiguous environments;
- Product-minded, always looking beyond individual tasks to understand the broader business impact;
- Experienced working with distributed or remote engineering teams;
- Continuously learning and encouraging your team to adopt modern technologies and engineering practices;
- Fluent in English (B2–C1+).

Nice to Have
- Experience with the MassTransit framework;
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices;
- Experience working with Azure DevOps;
- Previous experience delivering large-scale distributed systems in cloud-native environments.
