Role Summary
You’ll contribute to building production-grade web products, collaborate with product teams, influence the product roadmap, and lead impactful new features that affect millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively ship high-quality, production-ready code for web products
- Partner closely with dedicated product teams
- Shape product decisions and contribute to the product roadmap via strategic conversations
- Construct user-centric features that scale and deliver meaningful impact at scale
- Advocate for improved usability and performance in user-facing elements
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Built and scaled products to thousands or millions of users—measured by adoption metrics, engagement, and retention.
- Customer Obsession: Instinctively thinks like a power user, leveraging deep empathy to design for real pain points. Enjoys creating high-quality products that solve core customer needs.
- Speed & Judgment: Capability to iterate quickly, balance experimentation with prioritization, and decide what ships fast vs. what needs refinement. Thrives in high-growth environments.
- Focus: Knows when to actively engage versus stay heads-down to deliver. Maintains productivity in a remote, fast-moving team.
- Collaboration: Skilled in inspiring cross-functional teams—including designers, marketers, and product managers—when opinions diverge. Balance execution with diplomatic negotiation.
