About Speechify
The mission of Speechify is to make sure that reading is never a barrier to learning.
Over 50 million people use Speechify’s text-to-speech products to turn whatever they’re reading—PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, websites—into audio, so they can read faster, read more, and remember more. Speechify’s text-to-speech reading products include:

What You’ll Do
- Actively ship reliable, production-ready code for our web products
- Collaborate closely with your dedicated product team
- Participate in critical product discussions to shape the roadmap
- Contribute to new and high-impact features that enhance lives on a mass scale
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
You have a proven track record of:
- Building and scaling products with millions or even thousands of users
Core Qualities
- Customer obsession: Passion for high-quality, user-centric products that solve real needs
- Speed: Able to rapidly generate ideas, prioritise high-impact work, and make timely shipping decisions
- Focus: Self-disciplined in fast-paced, distributed environments—balancing collaboration with deep focus
- Collaboration: Versatile in communicating, influencing, and negotiating across teams (designers, marketers, product managers)
