You will be joining an international recruitment firm with 8 offices all over the world (London, Leeds, Manchester, Hong Kong, Singapore, Rotterdam, Frankfurt and Shenzhen), that has specialised in Insurance, Banking, and Technology for the past 14 years. Our leaders are also experts in this field, with an extensive client network that covers almost the entire market - you will be in good hands.

What You'll Do
- Source mid-senior Technology candidates by networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and attending/ organising networking events to meet your client's needs
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Do active business development, bringing in new clients through networking events, frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
