Tech Recruiter - 6 Months Contract
London - Hybrid
An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join a high-performing talent acquisition team supporting large-scale technology hiring across a global enterprise environment.
You will partner closely with technology leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across a wide range of technical disciplines, helping to attract and secure top talent in highly competitive markets.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and recruiting for complex technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior and leadership-level technology vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Build talent pipelines across multiple technology disciplines, including:
- Cloud Engineering
- Platform Engineering & Operations
- Software Engineering
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- AI, Machine Learning & Generative AI
- Enterprise Architecture
- Infrastructure Engineering
- DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering
- Technology Risk & Governance
- Digital Transformation & Technology Modernisation
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, market mapping, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify high-quality talent.
- Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation, and hiring best practices.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide updates on recruitment activity and hiring progress.

Experience
- 5+ years' experience recruiting within technology or IT functions.
- Recruitment experience within financial services, banking, fintech, asset management, or other regulated sectors.
- Proven success hiring for complex technology positions across infrastructure, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, architecture, or related disciplines.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent attraction experience.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate suitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting global technology organisations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, cybersecurity, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience hiring for AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-native technology roles.
