Typical Responsibilities

Depending on the partner organisation and opportunity, responsibilities may include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across the UK and international talent markets
  • Building diverse talent pipelines for engineering, product, data, AI, cloud, and leadership roles
  • Screening candidates and coordinating interview processes
  • Delivering a strong candidate experience from first contact to offer stage
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Advising hiring teams on market trends, salary expectations, and talent availability
  • Using data to improve hiring processes, conversion rates, and time to hire
  • Supporting inclusive recruitment practices across the organisation
  • Representing the company at hiring events, community initiatives, and talent programmes

Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications from recruiters and talent professionals with backgrounds such as Tech Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Technical Sourcer, Talent Manager, People Partner, Recruitment Lead, or similar roles.

Successful candidates will typically have:

  • Experience recruiting for technology, product, data, AI, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Understanding of the London, UK, or European technology talent market
  • A structured and organised approach to recruitment delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
  • Passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse technology teams
  • Interest in London-based, UK-based, hybrid, or remote recruitment opportunities
