Understanding Recruitment is an award-winning technology, software and digital recruitment consultancy based in St Albans. We’re a top 10 specialist tech recruitment agency in the UK and are continuing to grow across both established and emerging teams. We’re now looking for experienced Tech Recruitment Consultants to join us.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your recruitment career within a high-performance, supportive environment where your success is genuinely rewarded. You’ll work closely with a wide range of tech businesses, acting as a key partner in helping them attract and secure top talent. This includes building and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across the full 360 process.

We’re looking for experienced recruitment professionals with a background in tech agency recruitment who are confident in both business development and candidate delivery. You should be ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to continue developing your career.
