Recruitment Consultant – 1+ Years’ Experience – Manchester, UK – USA Market + Hours

Are you a recruitment consultant with 12+ Months agency experience? Are you interested in joining a leading US defense recruitment agency with an extensive client base who will give you the tools, training, and support to realize your full career potential?
Salary Up to £40,000 DOE + attractive benefits and OTE of £100k+
Based in our Manchester City Centre office, working for our USA Division (US Working Hours)

Essential Skills / Experience:
- 1+ Years experience in 360° agency recruitment - ideally defense/tech in the USA
- Proven success in new business generation, account management and delivery
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
- Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, OneUp Sales, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)

This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Manchester HQ and work core USA hours
