Sales Development Representative | SaaS | Account Executive Programme

£35,000 Base + £8,000-£16,000 OTE

Central London | 4 Days Office, Fridays WFH

We're hiring future Account Executives.

The Opportunity

We're a high-growth SaaS business trusted by some of the world's largest enterprise organisations. Our platform helps global brands make smarter marketing decisions using real-time data, analytics, and proprietary technology.

We're investing heavily in our London sales team and looking for driven SDRs who want to build a career in enterprise technology sales.

Your job will be simple:

  • Generate opportunities.
  • Create pipeline.

Performance Milestones

  • Starting salary: £35,000
  • After 6 months → Base salary increases to £37,500
  • After 9 months → Base salary increases to £40,000

Promotion to Account Executive

This role is designed to prepare you for an AE position.

Target promotion window: 12-18 months
Typical benchmark: 160 SQLs
Physical promotion into an AE seat typically occurs within 18 months

Once you're an AE, the earning potential changes dramatically. Our top-performing AEs earn £180,000-£200,000+.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers
  • Identifying high-quality opportunities for the sales team
  • Booking product demonstrations with target accounts
  • Developing a pipeline for enterprise Account Executives
  • Learning world-class sales methodologies
  • Becoming an expert in our market, technology, and value proposition
  • Working with some of the world's most recognisable brands
