Tech Sales Development Representative (HF1349711)

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Manchester Salary: £27,000 Base Salary + Up to £15,000 OTE Perks: Full Training | Clear Career Progression

Are you ambitious, motivated, and ready to kick-start a successful career in tech sales?

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Whether you're a recent graduate, changing careers, or looking for a fresh challenge, this is an opportunity to develop valuable skills, earn excellent commission, and progress into senior sales roles.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and continuous support to help you succeed. All we ask is that you bring energy, resilience, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging with potential business clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Booking meetings for Account Executives and supporting the sales pipeline
  • Learning the fundamentals of B2B technology sales
  • Building strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Working within a collaborative team environment that recognises and rewards success
