Sales Development Representative (SDR) Birmingham (On-site) £35,000 base + £20,000 OTE (uncapped) 6-month structured training programme
Flourish are working with a high-growth MSP and IT reseller in the Midlands that’s scaling quickly and investing heavily in its sales team. They’re hiring an SDR to join a high-performing commercial function, focused on building pipeline and creating opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients. You don’t need prior sales experience — but you do need the right attitude: driven, resilient, and serious about building a career in sales.
The Role As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team in progressing deals.

What You’ll Be Doing Business Development & Pipeline Prospecting and engaging new customers Qualifying inbound and outbound leads Booking meetings and identifying new opportunities Supporting campaigns across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure & managed services Sales Support Partnering with senior sales professionals on active deals Assisting with proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions Keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle
