This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech-savvy Paralegal with a passion for customer service based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to combine legal expertise, customer support, and technology within an innovative LegalTech environment.
You will play a key role in helping customers achieve successful outcomes by providing legal drafting support, answering product-related questions, and guiding users through technical processes.
Working across customer success, legal operations, and technical support, you will ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing service.
The position blends analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving with hands-on exposure to modern legal technology solutions.
You will collaborate with a supportive, remote-first team that values continuous learning, open communication, and customer-centric innovation.

Accountabilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements and documentation that accurately reflect customer requirements while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on legal matters to contribute to efficient service delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat, providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance regarding products, services, and account management.
- Guide customers through technical setup processes, including assisting with integrations and ensuring successful configuration of required platforms.
- Support prospective customers by answering questions, explaining services, and contributing to a positive pre-sales experience.
- Prepare reports based on customer-provided information and deliver clear, well-structured documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success by delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, Customer Success Specialist, Legal Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing legal support role.
- Strong ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and an interest in technology-enabled legal services.
- Experience supporting customers and building positive client relationships in a professional environment.
- Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to explain legal or technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable using modern digital collaboration tools such as Google Docs and other web-based productivity platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Exposure to working with organizations across different industries and business sizes is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
