Daily Responsibilities
As a Director of Solution Consulting and a pivotal member of the leadership team, your role includes shaping our technology solutions and redirecting existing responsibilities from the Senior Director. Your primary goal is to bridge business goals with technical capabilities, transforming complex corporate needs into tailored strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
- Guide the Solution Consulting team’s direction by aligning technology solutions with client business objectives.
- Identify and champion innovative growth opportunities that drive client success.

Client Engagement & Advisory
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Advise clients as a thought leader in marketing technology trends, best practices, and industry advancements.
- Network with strategic partners to expand potential solutions and partnerships.

Solution Design & Implementation
- Oversee the design and execution of highly complex marketing technology solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with client needs and industry-leading standards.

- Drive engagements with the growth team to clarify desires, evaluate priorities, and align proposals/RFPs.

Required Experience & Skills
We're searching for a highly experienced leadership candidate who brings together technical expertise, exceptional communication, and the ability to champion transformative client outcomes.

Key Qualifications:
- Purposeful passion for marketing technology. A strong desire to optimize and transform client relationships through strategic MarTech solutions.
- Proven leadership in a Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Customer Services role, with a track record of senior-level responsibility.
- Proficiency in core marketing technology platforms, including:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Braze, JourneyCloud, and other key CRM, automation, or engagement platforms.
- Exemplary communication skills. Ability to deliver insights through speeches, written analyses, and presentations.
- Experience in relationship-building and stakeholder management with diverse groups, including clients and internal strategies.
- Track record in direct new business development and growth expansion, including acquisition of new clients.
