Tech Support & CRM Lead – Digital Transformation Role
We're looking for a Tech Support & CRM Lead to join our team at an exciting stage in our digital transformation journey.
Our CRM, business systems, and technology tools sit at the heart of how our recruiters and commercial teams operate. This role plays a critical part in ensuring those platforms remain effective, well-maintained, and trusted.
You'll be the go-to person for user support, helping colleagues maximise the systems available to them while driving improvements in:
- Data quality
- User experience
- Operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Systems & Integration Manager to support:
- Technology and systems underlying our business
- Data management and user enablement
- Continuous improvement for day-to-day operations
You’ll have the opportunity to develop expertise in:
- CRM administration
- Technology support
- Systems operations
- Data management
Duties Include
CRM & Business Systems Support

Serve as the first point of contact for user queries (troubleshooting, guidance)

Administer systems:
- User accounts
- Permissions
- Access requests

Provide onboarding support, along with:
- Updating user guidance and documentation
- Training material maintenance

Analyse recurring issues to enhance:
- System adoption
- Process efficiency
- User experience
Data Quality & Compliance

Perform data cleansing activities (record maintenance, deduplication)

Ensure accuracy across:
- Candidate records
- Contact details
- Client information
- Company databases

Support GDPR-related activities (record retention, archiving, Right to Erasure)

Monitor data quality trends

Assist with data audits and process improvements

Technology Support & User Enablement

Manage onboarding and offboarding, including:
- Ensuring colleagues have systems, access, and equipment
- Preparing, configuring, and deploying laptops for new starters

Handle first-line IT support (hardware, software, business applications)

Coordinate with third-party providers and internal teams for technical issue resolution

Maintain records of:
- IT assets
- Software licences
- User access
Manage smooth day-to-day tech operations across the business
Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Generate standard reports, dashboards, and data insights
-
Support CRM and business system enhancements
-
Document processes, procedures, and best practices
-
Identify efficiency improvements and operational advances
-
Assist with systems implementation, automation, and process projects
Measuring Success
By the end of the year, our CRM and business systems should:
✔ Provide timely, knowledgeable, and effective support for business teams ✔ Be well-maintained, trusted, and adopted by all users
✔ Achieve high data quality (accurate, compliant records) ✔ Equip new starters with seamless access and knowledge
✔ Maintain smooth system administration, access control, and equipment readiness ✔ Boost user confidence in core systems
✔ Driven by continuous improvement with better user experiences
Requirements
Essential
✅ CRM/ATS or business-critical system experience (use or support) ✅ Proven track record in user support (tech, systems, operations) ✅ Strong attention to detail and passion for data accuracy ✅ Excel communication, organisation, and collaboration skills
✅ Passionate, customer-centred problem-solver ✅ Comfortable managing system administration and preming IT support roles ✅ Must handle multiple priorities across stakeholders
Desirable
🔹 Any employment in recruitment, staffing, sales, or professional services 🔹 Knowledge of Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
