About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Account Consultant who will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing issues within existing customer and partner solutions or identifying opportunities to propose new solutions.
As a Technical Account Consultant, you will join our Customer Success team to support our continued growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of how the Orgvue platform can and should be utilized, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge practically within customer environments and articulate it clearly to users.
You will work closely with both partners and direct customers, supporting active accounts by helping users derive sustained value from the Orgvue platform. This involves hands-on contribution to configuration, reviewing and improving existing solutions, and equipping users to leverage Orgvue effectively and independently.
The role is part of the ongoing account team and ideally suits someone who thrives on practical problem-solving, enjoys collaborating with users, and can balance delivery with empowerment to drive daily improvements in Orgvue usage.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and direct customers as part of the account team to ensure users achieve sustained value from the Orgvue platform.
- Apply deep platform expertise to review, improve, and optimize customer and partner tenant configurations in line with best practices.
- Contribute hands-on configuration changes, including Gizmo optimization and other updates to improve usability, performance, or outcomes.
- Explain configuration decisions, patterns, and trade-offs clearly so that users can fully understand the platform setup and work with it more effectively.
- Address technical queries raised through the Customer Success team, leveraging platform expertise to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer use-cases, solution maturity, and risks to proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, partners, and other teams to ensure technical guidance aligns with customer objectives.
- Share insights and feedback from customer usage to help improve delivery approaches, best practices, and the Orgvue platform over time.
Requirements

Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Two years or more of Orgvue experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Information Sciences or Business Studies).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong data analysis skills; familiarity with statistical modeling is a plus.
- Client-facing experience and established communication skills, with comfort speaking and presenting to diverse customer levels.
