Technical Account Manager – Automotive Software

The Role
Cooper Solutions has been delivering software and digital solutions to the retail automotive industry since 2001. We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to support our automotive clients through high-quality product support, training, and implementation, with a clear pathway to growing client ownership over time. If you have a background in product support or account management and a passion for client success, you’ll thrive with our established, well-regarded team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong client relationships:
- Serve as the key contact for allocated accounts
- Support strategic alignment, conduct client reviews, and deliver occasional on-site training to drive adoption and growth
- Provide product support:
- Handle configuration changes, new business setup, onboarding, and query management with speed and precision
- Deliver product training and rollouts:
- Use client feedback and data to maximise user adoption
- Shape product recommendations and contribute to ongoing development

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in product support, customer success, or account management (especially in software/SaaS)
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills—balancing multiple client priorities
- Desirable (but not essential):
- Familiarity with Keyloop, Pinnacle, or other DMS/automotive retail software
- Exposure to BI reporting tools
- Essential:
- A full, clean UK driving licence (for occasional client site travel)
- A flexible approach to travel
