Technical Account Manager

Location: London, UK
Contract: 12-Month Temporary Assignment
Start Date: July 2026
Pay Rate: £350.00 - £400.00

The Opportunity

Join a leading global technology organisation as part of a customer-facing technical support team. You'll work with enterprise clients to resolve complex platform, campaign, and integration issues, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer support within a fast-paced technology environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a technically minded individual with strong analytical and communication skills who is passionate about solving complex challenges and enhancing customer experiences. You'll be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and driving solutions that improve both customer outcomes and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Account Manager

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues affecting advertising campaigns and platform functionality.
  • Perform in-depth technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical customer-impacting incidents.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Support customers using advertising platforms, APIs, data measurement tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Prioritise and manage support cases based on business impact and urgency.
  • Analyse large volumes of transactional and campaign data to identify trends and issues.
  • Develop automation scripts and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and user guidance materials.
  • Identify recurring customer challenges and contribute recommendations for product and service enhancements.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting technical systems, applications, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking and operating systems.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, virtualisation, or distributed systems.
  • Database administration and data analysis experience.
  • Software development experience using an object-oriented programming language.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD principles and software deployment practices.
  • Understanding of information security and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, application support, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience working with APIs, scripting, and automation.
  • Exposure to digital advertising, marketing technology, or programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level customers in a fast-paced environment.
