Account Manager, Client Success (SpringServe) – London, UK
Hybrid Schedule: M/F Remote, T/W/TH In-Office

About the Role
Position: Account Manager, Client Success (SpringServe) Location: London, UK Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday/Thursday/Wednesday in-office)
Magnite, a NASDAQ-listed (MGNI) global leader in advertising technology, empowers publishers to monetise content through CTV, streaming, online video, display, and audio via proprietary platforms like SpringServe and programmatic ecosystems. Your role in Client Success will focus on securing client success by troubleshooting challenges, evolving setups, and driving revenue growth for major publishers in the EMEA.
This is a generalist, high-impact role anchored on technical mastery, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration, with a high degree of autonomy but backed by an expert team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical lead for SpringServe ad server and programmatic platform accounts across EMEA, providing tailored expertise in CTV, SSP, DSP, and ad marketplace ecosystems.
- Deliver top-tier technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with minimal downtime or friction.
- Onboard clients onto SpringServe, facilitating migrations and ensuring seamless adoption of our tech.
- Build and own customer relationships—proactively understanding clients’ business goals, recommending platform optimisations, and ensuring long-term success, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams in aiding strategic pitches, user demos, and deal setups in EMEA markets.
- Educate and train clients on CTV, OTT, video broadcasting, and programmatic best practices, ensuring full installation coverage.
- Deep-dive into each client’s business, content, and monetisation strategies to help them unlock flat revenue.
- Become a CTV, video monetisation, and programmatic expert across CTV, OTT, and premium video workflows.

Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Ad Tech, strong understanding of:
- CTV/Streaming, programmatic markets, SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, ad marketplaces.
- Paymentwalls, ad-tech databases, ad optimisation, bidding logistics, campaign execution.
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting expertise, especially in apache Kafka, Holon, and platform architectures.
- Sharp written/verbal communication, diplomacy, and ability to translate technical diagnostics for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, accountable—ownership of issue resolution, planning, follow-up, and meeting targets without micromanagement.
- Team player with a track record of cross-team/department collaboration.
- Easy adaptability, curiosity, accountability, and investment in continuous learning.
Nice-to-Have (But Welcomed)
- Fluent German proficiency
- Familiarity with data querying/scripting tools: SQL, Python, Pandas, or AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code).
