Job Description
We are seeking a skilled German speaking Technical Account Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will oversee and address our partners’ and customers’ technical needs. This role works with Jet Reports, Jet Analytics, BI, Process Runner, new product releases, and other products. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our organization and our Partners to support their customers within EMEA, delivering a successful technical strategy, guidance, training, and platform expertise.
Essential Functions
- Support partners to use, sell, and implement Jet Reports, Jet Analytics, Reporting Intelligence, BI, Process Runner, and other planning solutions effectively, develop and maintain partner technical readiness including enablement, platform, and product awareness.
- Collaborate closely with Director of Solution Engineering on roadmap and strategic planning.
- Manage and scope proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, including success criteria definition and stakeholder alignment and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accuracy and commercial awareness.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical leadership, liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.
- Serve as the technical contact of Jet and planning solutions for the assigned EMEA Partners. Advising them and their customers on the application, implementation, and optimization of products, guiding them through technical and architectural issues for complex environments.
- Resolve technical support requests and escalations from partners and customers, while analyzing customers’ needs and suggesting upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
- Answer questions and provide guidance regarding products, platform, and technology including Jet and other products, SQL Server, data from predominantly Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions or financials and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Address all product-related queries on time, support partner recruitment efforts through education, showcasing how new and existing features can enhance the customers’ business processes.
- Develop support methods and procedures to facilitate second-level support including training on ticket creation and other processes and procedures to provide world-class support for our strategic partners and their customers.
- Provide developers with partners and customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products, report on product performance while identifying solutions to reduce support costs.
- Attend both internal and external training events to maintain up-to-date technical skills on products and platforms.
- Provide consulting sessions for Partner events (presenting), analyze business, technical, and functional requirements, and create a corresponding solution design.
- Learn new products as and when required to support the business. Understanding Power BI or similar solutions and experience in business intelligence and understanding of data modelling.
- Experience working with the DACH market and has a good record history of this region.

Qualifications
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies including Microsoft Dynamics ERP or financials, SQL, and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred or strong technical experience.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or an equivalent role, ability to solve complex integration and product questions and coordinate resolutions, including technical troubleshooting of customer issues.
- Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills with an ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
- Results-driven and aspiration to achieve specific goals.
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
- Effective problem-solving skills required.
- A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.

Compensation
The salary range in the United Kingdom for this position is 97,000.00 to 122,000.00 GBP Annual.
For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
