Are you an experienced FM professional ready to take ownership of a key account?
We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM services across a high-profile contract. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee operational performance, manage client relationships, and drive commercial success.

The Role
You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of the account with full ownership.
- Leading engineers and supervisors to achieve high performance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing budgets, costs, and overall contract performance.
- Ensuring the successful delivery of planned and reactive hard FM services.
About You
To be successful you'll have:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or Contract Manager within Facilities Management.
- A strong Mechanical or Electrical technical background.
- Experience leading operational teams and driving performance.
- Good commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
