TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Hong Kong (On-site) - 1 position
Date: March 28th, 2025
Location: Office D, 12th Floor, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley St., Hong Kong
Marvelsoft is headquartered in Hong Kong and we are currently hiring a Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for support and account management of our existing and potential customer and partner base. The role involves working closely with our internal support, development, and business teams, as well as with our customers and partners, in order to provide an effective and high-quality technical support service. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the global trading technology providers in the exciting global finance sector.
Responsibilities
- Build up and maintain a knowledge of the Marvelsoft software, configuration files, integration, and business flows to assist in issue investigation
- Be involved in application system checks, identifying and resolving issues before they impact our customers
- Escalate issues to team leaders and management as appropriate
- Attend, organize and coordinate technical sessions with current and potential clients
- Prioritize, log, and keep issues up to date on the issues tracking system (Jira)
- Continuing to develop current relationships through working with our customer support and technical team
- Taking responsibility for the delivery of projects in a timely manner with appropriate documentation and communication
- Liaising with internal and external teams to coordinate the required work while keeping the client up to date by managing calls and status reports
- Developing a project plan and managing timeframes and milestones
- Internal validation & tracking of projects
- Recommending appropriate technical solutions
- Providing and/or coordinating technical support in the pre-sales phase
- Respond to client email and phone requests
- Investigate and resolve reported issues

Requirements
- Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships both with customers and internally
- Desire to learn both technical and business aspects of customer workflows and the broad range of functions delivered across all aspects of Marvelsoft software
- Ability to troubleshoot and approach problem-solving in a logical manner
- Ability to communicate confidently and concisely using business acumen
- Computer Science or IT-related degree
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (solid knowledge of Cantonese is a plus)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
