Technical Account Manager - AI

AI Financial Services Start-up

Location: London (hybrid 3 days p/w in office)
Salary: £100,000 - £140,000

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to help enterprise customers successfully adopt and scale AI solutions. In this role, you’ll lead customer implementations from discovery through to launch, ensuring projects deliver real business value. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals, manage delivery, and help optimise AI capabilities to meet their needs. Working across product, engineering, AI, and commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping both customer outcomes and future product development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in technical delivery, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technology roles who enjoys solving complex problems and working with innovative AI products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for enterprise customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their goals, processes, and technical requirements.
  • Help customers integrate and optimise AI solutions within their operations.
  • Track project success and use data to drive improvements and customer value.
  • Support technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planning.
  • Partner with internal product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Build scalable onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Manage project risks and ensure high standards for quality and delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to help shape future product development.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, technical delivery, solutions consulting/engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • London-centric and able to work from the central London office 3 days per week.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Good technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise software.
  • Major passion for AI inside and outside of work.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Data-driven and able to use insights to improve outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering measurable results.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A practical problem solver who enjoys tackling new challenges.
