Technical Administrator

As a Technical Administrator, you'll support the Technical Team in ensuring the delivery of safe, legal, and high-quality food products. Through effective administration, accurate record-keeping, and compliance support, you'll play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards across the business.

Location: Wednesbury

From time to time there may be a requirement to support the business on travel between sites.

Salary: £25,174 per annum

Benefits: Company pension, Company EAP program, 25 day’s holidays plus bank holidays, Monthly pay, PPE provided

The Role

  • Support the delivery of safe, legal, and high-quality food products across our brands.
  • Manage and redirect technical enquiries to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with supplier approval activities and associated technical documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Team across a range of activities.
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal technical systems, processes, and records.
  • Produce Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Conformity (CoC) to accompany product deliveries.
  • Support process control activities, including the maintenance and archiving of production records.
  • Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible when required.
