Technical Administrator (Sizewell C)

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day project administration activities.
  • Oversee the running and maintenance of project offices and facilities.
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and storage areas.
  • Support office security processes, including visitor access and vetting where required.
  • Liaise with IT teams to support office connectivity and equipment requirements.
  • Maintain project office registers and administration records.
  • Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) within the project finance system.
  • Manage document control systems, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain project time and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate plant registers, including on-hire, off-hire, and equipment exchanges.
  • Maintain site asset registers.
  • Support site deliveries and booking-in procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support across all project departments.

Desirable Experience

While not essential, experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

  • Causeway
  • ECM
  • Oracle
  • Time and attendance systems
  • Plant or asset management systems
  • Working within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or highly regulated environments
  • Experience working on secure or controlled-access sites

Experience

  • Previous experience in a Technical Administrator, Project Administrator, or Site Administrator role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with document control and project administration systems.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy project environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
