Microsoft 365 Technical Architect

We're working with a growing Microsoft-focused Managed Service Provider that is looking to hire an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect to join its Professional Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering customer-facing Microsoft 365 projects and wants to take ownership of end-to-end migrations, technical design, and solution delivery.
You'll be working with a variety of SMB and mid-market customers, helping them modernise their Microsoft environments through migration, transformation, and optimisation projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects
- Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions for customers
- Delivering tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations
- Migrating on-premises environments to Microsoft 365
- Running technical workshops and customer discovery sessions
- Producing technical designs and implementation documentation
- Acting as the senior technical lead on customer engagements
- Supporting governance, security, and best practice across Microsoft 365 environments

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with people who have experience across several of the following:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Defender
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- PowerShell
Most importantly, you'll have proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects, particularly tenant-to-tenant migrations, ideally within SMB or mid-market environments.
Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner, MSP, or consultancy would be highly advantageous.
