Technical Architect

Join us as an IT Technical Architect and help keep critical IT services running at their best. You'll play a key role in ensuring the performance, resilience and availability of IT infrastructure, providing expert support for complex technical challenges. From resolving major incidents to driving continuous service improvement, you'll help minimise business disruption and deliver reliable, high-quality services.

On-call services require you to reside within 90-minutes of Force HQ, Enderby, Leicestershire.

You’ll be ⚙️Investigating and resolving IT infrastructure issues, identifying root causes. ⚙️Driving service improvements by evaluating emerging technologies and industry developments. ⚙️Delivering critical infrastructure services through complex installations, upgrades and maintenance.
