Description:
- Should have good knowledge in the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management.
- Should have hands-on experience with installing and configuring the product and understand the interactions within various modules.
- Should have implementation experience on Blue Yonder Warehouse Management with at least one or two full cycle implementation experience.
- It is preferable if the candidate has previous experience of working in any of the cloud technologies and should be familiar with the basic network terminologies.
- Should have experience in reviewing the integration design and suggest best practices.
- Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support, and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates.
- It is mandatory to have good knowledge of SQL Server concepts and administration.
- Candidate should be able to review an existing application set up and perform an assessment for suitability to upgrade.
- Understands how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
- Should have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of any defect management tool will be an added advantage.
- Ensures quantity and quality content in the Knowledgebase. Should be able to drive a KT and Transition plan effectively.
- It will be an added advantage to have a candidate with knowledge of incident, problem, and change management process.
- Responsible for incident resolution for a specific set of customers within the specified POD/Product.
- Project Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency.
- Drive Service Improvement Plans and ensuring the Incident Management process is performed as designed.
