Life on the team
We’re looking for a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect to play a leading role within our rapidly expanding Consultancy Practice. This is an opportunity to work at the highest level of enterprise transformation, shaping strategy, influencing major customer outcomes, and acting as a trusted advisor across some of the UK’s most complex environments.
This is a senior role within the practice, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to shape enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, mentor talented colleagues, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
What you’ll do
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including CIO-level audiences
- Defining technical strategy for major enterprise accounts
- Leading presales engagements, including discovery workshops, qualification, and solution shaping
- Supporting proposition development, pipeline growth, and revenue generation
- Designing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and hybrid solutions aligned to customer requirements
- Leading large-scale and complex consultancy assignments
- Providing technical leadership across bid teams and virtual delivery teams
- Reviewing and assuring the quality of technical deliverables
- Building strong relationships across internal and customer stakeholder groups
- Keeping ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies, market trends, and industry best practices
- Supporting practice development initiatives and mentoring junior team members

What you’ll need
- Entra ID
- SharePoint Online
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft security technologies including Defender, Sentinel, XDR, PIM, and Cloud Apps
- Strong experience designing and supporting hybrid on-premises environments including Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Proven experience delivering M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations using tools such as Quest, AvePoint, and ShareGate
- The ability to design complex multi-technology enterprise solutions
- Strong presales and consultancy experience within large-scale customer environments
- Experience leading technical bid teams and virtual project teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- The ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications, accreditations, or equivalent enterprise-level experience
