Title

Technical Artist / 3D Pipeline Artist

Reporting To

Technical Art Director

We are looking for a highly capable Technical Artist to join our team and work closely with the Technical Art Director to help build and scale an AI-driven creative production pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong 3D art background who also enjoys solving technical challenges, improving workflows, and turning creative concepts into high-quality final outputs.

You will play a key role in taking concept designs through the AI pipeline, helping transform ideas into consistent, scalable visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Technical Art Director to develop and improve the AI art production pipeline.
  • Take concept designs, references, and creative briefs through the pipeline to final output.
  • Build and prepare 3D assets including characters, props, environments, and scenes.
  • Translate 2D concepts into AI-ready 3D setups and reusable production assets.
  • Create scene layouts, camera setups, lighting, materials, and renders for AI workflows.
  • Use AI tools to generate, refine, upscale, and polish visual outputs.
  • Maintain consistency between concept art and final generated assets.
  • Help build modular asset libraries and reusable systems for efficient production.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across art tools, rendering, and AI workflows.
  • Organize files, naming conventions, and production assets to professional standards.
  • Test new tools and recommend improvements to speed, quality, and scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
