We are currently seeking meticulous and motivated Precision Assemblers to join a globally recognized manufacturer. If you have a steady hand, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to work at the forefront of engineering excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a result of significant business expansion, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join a dynamic production environment focused on high-quality component assembly and specialized engineering.

Hours: Monday to Friday | or 13:00 – 21:00 (Late Shift)
Pay: late shift £18.06 per hour. Early Shift £13.58/hour | Weekly Pay | Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

  • Precision Assembly:
    • Assemble intricate components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and diagrams.
    • Utilize hand tools and precision instruments to ensure a perfect build every time.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict industry standards.
    • Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or processes.
  • Technical Documentation:
    • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
    • Maintain clear records of production batches and quality checks.
  • Production Efficiency:
    • Work effectively to meet daily production targets on the late shift without compromising on quality.
    • Assist in the kitting and preparation of materials for the assembly line.
  • Workspace Management:
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
    • Handle delicate components with care to prevent damage or contamination.
