Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties Analyse and follow up on results of daily monitoring of the performance and events allocation performed by control room about portfolios composed of PV utility scale assets. Cooperate with control room to collect events affecting plant production as mapped on internal monitoring platform and coordinate with onsite operators to solve the incidents Follow-up with onsite O&M and third parties to properly address availably related to the events Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance by O&M contractors validating scheduling and reporting and tracking deadlines Collect and validate offers including mini-tenders for specific activities onsite, backoffice or other services (energy sale and purchase, EECS/I-RECs, insurance replacement, TLC services, etc…), follow-up with the Client giving technical advice to select the one that best meet the needs and support Client in main tender process to select or renew O&M contractors and other main players Supervise insurance and warranty claims also collecting and producing specific reports (fault with business interruption, results of lab or onsite tests, theft events and intrusion, etc…) Supervise publishing of correct energy figures for energy sales purposes including claim in case of discrepancies Supervise correct application of grid curtailment, reactive power control and adoption of measures to mitigate negative market prices Cooperate with Technical Advisory team to spot any potential revamping, repowering reengineering activities, presenting to the Client the opportunities also supporting internal or external consultants in delivering reports Periodical site visits to check the conditions of the plants under supervision following internal procedures also related to HSE obligations and collect photos and other data to produce reports, including follow-up with Clients and O&M operator in dedicated calls or meetings Supervise production and validate before delivery of all the scheduled reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) including technical and revenues assuring all the important information are properly reported and follow-up with the Client to discuss the results Coordinate with accounting for approval of invoices about services delivered by third parties and other OPEX services related to plant operation and maintenance Support to administration and tax specialist sharing technical information required for administrative purposes Report to the client, and the financing parties, the main parameters of the technical performance of the plants in compliance with the contractual obligations Supervise the contracts in place, mainly the O&M ones, checking all the obligations are met and the guaranteed metrics have been achieved Coordinate with all the bodies involved in the operation (local regulator, grid operator, municipalities, authorities) to comply with the regulations including Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) and operate to assure compliance toward UK regulatory requirements Key Requirements Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, At least 1 year of experience in the renewable energy sector Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package while PVSYST, GIS and Autocad are a plus Language Skills: Fluent English Awareness of the regulatory and compliance activities required in the UK Driving license and availability to travel time to time Client management and Customer Service oriented mindset Awareness of the UK electricity market and main players involved Awareness about main HSE topics related to Renewables PV technology What do we expect from you?
