Functions

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the work team, in accordance with the objectives set, carrying out the corresponding monitoring and ensuring compliance with Health&Safety.
• Coordinate the technical assistance staff for the correct customer service and for the displacement of the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) staff.
• Propose the sizing of human resources and ensure their correct qualification to guarantee the quality of the service.
• Verify the indicators to guarantee the profit margin and/or cost control of the services offered.
• Ensure that the commitments made with the customer in terms of after-sales are carried out in a cost-efficient manner.
• Organize, size, and supervise the centres for the collection and replacement of components.
• Implement and ensure the international and national operations of repair services.
• Ensure the correct use of manual and mechanical tools and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Engage in seamless two-way communication.
• Anticipate and propose innovative solutions, within their area of competence.
• Channel the needs of recognition, training, and work-life balance.
• Any other function inherent to the job or professional group to which they belong, which is attributed to them.
