What you’ll be doing

As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Research & Development team. You will report to Head of Regulatory & Safety and collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Documentation approval: Ensures all documentations are submitted appropriately on our regulatory portals and maintain information on the relevant systems.
  • Processes & Governance: Track all activities and documentation submissions ensuring traceability and clear reporting.
  • Communication facilitation: Responsible to review and maintain the team’s e-mail inboxes, facilitating regulatory portals updates and artwork release, delivering on time and prioritised activities.
  • Budget facilitation: Creates and facilitates purchase orders for the Product Integrity department, working with the leadership team and ensuring clear budget governance and on time delivery of costs.
  • Team support: Collaborate with team members to drive progress and innovation in our product development processes.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Recent graduate in a science subject (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
  • Experience managing and prioritising a varied workload
  • Adopt a pragmatic, logical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills and management of office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes and documentation
