Technical Audio Systems Lead
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled technical audio specialist with deep practical expertise in professional live audio systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of:
- Console mastery: In-depth expertise in Digico and Yamaha systems
- Audio protocols: Full understanding of MADI and Dante
- Distributed sound: Meyer and d&B speaker systems
- Wireless solutions: Shure audio-radio mic and IEM (In-Ear Monitor) systems, including RF coordination and RF systems management
In addition to vast technical knowledge, we’re looking for a driven individual with:
✔ A passionate love of live music and genuine curiosity about specialist equipment ✔ Strong hands-on experience under pressure ✔ A results-oriented mindset to ensure flawless performance in studio, live, and venue-based environments

This role primarily involves:
- Technical presentation and operation of a wide range of professional audio equipment
- Warehouse management, including overseeing our in-house warehouse team and day-to-day operations
You’ll be trusted to ensure everything runs smoothly—perfect for technical generalists and hands-on specialists alike. Growth within our small team means exciting opportunities and rapid development.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Digico and Yamaha console programming and troubleshooting
- Technical fluency in MADI & Dante networks (routing, setup, maintenance, diagnosing issues)
- Hands-on experience with Meyer/Mulhouse and d&B speaker configurations (alignments, testing, I/O)
- Experience with Shure wireless systems (radio mics, player modules, RF optimisation)
- Good grasp of full-system RF planning and Master Control Unit (MCU) operations
- Template genre]; solid audio fundamentals (mic selection, mixing principles, DSP, audio workflows)
- Effective warehouse/logistics management skills (stock control, team leadership, inventory)
