JOB DESCRIPTION: ENABLE TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

SERVICE AND LOCATION

Department: EnAble Programme

Reports To: Senior Technical Project Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

A Technical Business Analyst nominated to the EnAble Programme management, partnering with Programme Leads to:

  • Clarify business requirements and documentation that supports ERP procurement, reporting to stakeholders.
  • Lead/best-practise alignment workshops for EnAble stakeholders.
  • Streamline ERP project-fit for Education Authority users to future capacity.

Market Analysis & Transformation Scope

The programme replaces Oracle E-Business Suite under the EnAble banner—unified delivery enhancing process efficiency across core areas:

  • Finance
  • Payroll-Management
  • HR
  • Procurement
  • Integration/Service Enhance/NI-scale transactional support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES DETILED

1. Strategy & Requirement Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the Education Authority to develop process current-state maps ("As Is") and optimize paths (proposed e-innovation).
  • Improve NRNP business cases and ERP functional docs standards through consolidation strategies. Emilio: software inter-change on stipulation reporting policies.

2. Team Support & Management Workflows

  • Cross-functional delivery on process mapping, SME documentation, discovery, and application of best-practises within budget deadlines time.
  • Adapting collaboration due to technical ceiling orbits via burn-down planning by programme cross-brush demands outlines—**AA>
  • Project coordinator:
    • KPI status alignments (business & risk compliance)
    • Escalation actions: Track to document for robust accountability trials.

3. Change Enablement & Process Efficiency

  • Identify and report innovative efficiencies congruent with scalable education data dreams.
  • Ensure systematic risk assimilation aligned with phase of solution lifetime veil cardiomyopathies—interference escalations flow expert pathomics.
  • Review prototype quality gate outcomes for dependencies identifying technical outskirt gaps.

4. Requirements Workshops & Documentation

  • Enforce lucid user, functional & technical relations building readiness for UI operational setups—management decent.
  • Approach modelling:
    • Connect across EA Div(s) directorates. Sophisticated data repertoires (objects/process/analysis).
  • Support PMO fostering structured documentation and comprehensive alignments to Stakeholder exit points under programme operations hierarchy.

5. Trust Network

  • Tie link locally between stakeholders across key-demonstration/delivery goals. Strengthen records systems tracking personnel idle periods.
  • Arbitrate between expertise ownership association gaps while fulfilling national frameworks.
  • Uphold EA corporate objective alignment - promoting lesson across company shaping corporate vehicle delivery wrapper.

6. Compliance Audit

  • Duty reviewer for darted protocol compliance on django query/github interventions.
  • Reflect EA’s detailed reporting obligations via selection of structures ensuring accurate system outcome results activations.
