We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a software delivery team within a leading global technology and consulting organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience in technology environments to act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of effective solutions.

You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, collaborating with developers, testers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation
  • Work closely with product owners and delivery teams to support software development and implementation
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups
  • Support business change activities, impact assessments, and operational readiness
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, testers, DevOps teams, and technical architects
  • Assist with testing activities, including reviewing test scripts, supporting defect triage, and resolving queries
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints throughout delivery
  • Use data analysis to support decision-making, validate requirements, and identify improvements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
