Win As a Team
Working within the CIO function, your role plays a key part in delivering technology driven change across Intact Insurance UK. By combining business analysis expertise with a strong technical understanding of insurance platforms and data solutions, you will help shape outcomes that improve systems, streamline processes, and enhance customer experiences.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Translating complex insurance business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with business objectives.
- Partnering with technology teams, architects, and stakeholders to define solutions across insurance systems, including Guidewire or Quantexa environments where applicable.
- Analysing data, integrations, and system processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and better customer outcomes.
- Facilitating discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities, creating clear documentation that supports successful delivery.
- Maintaining a broad view of business processes and technology landscapes, supporting informed decision making across change initiatives.

Your Skills And Experience
- Excellent technical business analysis capability, with the ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and an understanding of core insurance processes, products, and customer journeys.
- Experience working with Guidewire or Quantexa, or comparable insurance technology and data platforms.
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with colleagues across business and technology teams.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies within agile and traditional delivery environments, including tools such as JIRA and Visio.
