Technical Business Analyst, Advertising Agency, Central London, £55-60,000
Ready to turn questions into clarity and data into action? Join a global creative powerhouse where curiosity is celebrated, convention is challenged, and brilliant ideas shape the future.
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, translating complexity into insight, and empowering teams with information they can trust. You’ll sit at the heart of our Operations function, partnering with Finance, Client Services, and senior leadership to make sure the business runs on sharp, accurate, and meaningful data.
This is a role for someone who loves diving into detail but never loses sight of the bigger picture. Someone who’s as comfortable in SQL and Power BI as they are in a workshop with stakeholders. Someone who gets a buzz from improving systems, streamlining processes, and helping a fast-moving creative organisation work smarter every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
