3-Month Initial Contract | £450 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid - 2 days in office

We're working exclusively with a leading IT consultancy that is kicking off an exciting transformation programme with a new client at the very start of their digital and automation journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst who enjoys working on greenfield projects, uncovering complex business processes, and identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation and AI to drive operational improvements.

The Role

You'll be embedded within a discovery and assessment phase, working closely with business stakeholders to understand and document existing operational processes that have evolved organically over many years.

A key part of the engagement will involve capturing "as-is" processes, much of which currently resides as undocumented knowledge within the business. You'll identify challenges around systemisation, standardisation and process optimisation while working alongside technical consultants to shape a roadmap for future delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
