Technical Business Analyst - Customer Platforms

Technical Business Analyst (Customer Platforms)

We are recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst (Customer Platforms) who will work closely with business teams at easyJet holidays to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements for our development teams.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll support workshops, capture scope and priority needs, and help ensure timely delivery. This involves collaboration across Technology, Operations, Product, DevOps and third-party partners to ensure every change is:

  • Understood
  • Implemented correctly
  • Adopted successfully

Your focus will also include:

  • Process improvement and simplification for customer-facing platforms
  • Implementation planning and guiding teams
  • Ensuring requirements are correctly interpreted by development teams
  • Improving requirements definition, documentation, and measurement to build stronger foundations for future projects

What You’ll Bring

This role requires a nit-to-the-detail (connect-the-dots) thinker who can:

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)
  • Work knowledgeably in CRM and CCaaS platforms, specifically Salesforce Service Cloud and Amazon Connect, preferably with contact centre environment experience
  • Map business processes, optimise workflows and quickly assess the impact of change
  • Identify and eliminate friction to improve the user experience
  • Operate effectively in agile teams, understanding approaches like BDD and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
