Technical Business Analyst (Customer Platforms)
We are recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst (Customer Platforms) who will work closely with business teams at easyJet holidays to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements for our development teams.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll support workshops, capture scope and priority needs, and help ensure timely delivery. This involves collaboration across Technology, Operations, Product, DevOps and third-party partners to ensure every change is:
- Understood
- Implemented correctly
- Adopted successfully
Your focus will also include:
- Process improvement and simplification for customer-facing platforms
- Implementation planning and guiding teams
- Ensuring requirements are correctly interpreted by development teams
- Improving requirements definition, documentation, and measurement to build stronger foundations for future projects
What You’ll Bring
This role requires a nit-to-the-detail (connect-the-dots) thinker who can:
- Translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)
- Work knowledgeably in CRM and CCaaS platforms, specifically Salesforce Service Cloud and Amazon Connect, preferably with contact centre environment experience
- Map business processes, optimise workflows and quickly assess the impact of change
- Identify and eliminate friction to improve the user experience
- Operate effectively in agile teams, understanding approaches like BDD and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
