Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile Technical Business Analyst to join our team and assist us with an ambitious transformation portfolio.

To succeed you will be comfortable speaking the 3 languages of business, architecture, and technical delivery.

Role Overview:

  • Contribute to solution proposals and architecture, identify areas of concern and work to resolve these with the wider team, challenge solutions and suggest alternatives where a simpler option could be utilised.
  • Assess the technical impacts, plus business or change impacts, that are as a result of the proposed technical solutions and integrations.
  • Have awareness of the wider Currys architecture and future technical vision. Be able to look at the proposed solution outside of the scope of the current programme, and the impact and fit to the wider estate, and also to the wider strategic future state.
  • Work within a collaborative team, in conjunction with Enterprise and Solution Architecture, ensuring that we have technical solutions and Architectural artefacts that deliver the requirements.
  • Within proposed technical solutions identify edge cases, functional gaps, or logic flaws so that revisions can be made before technical delivery starts.
  • Facilitate early-stage estimation and ensure that Assumptions, Blockers, Clarifications and Dependencies are documented, and resolved.
  • Perform structured analysis to ensure the full impact of change is understood (for example documenting current and future technical processes, data flow diagrams and data models).
  • Understand and review requirements, business and non-functional, and provide healthy challenge.
  • Deliver gap analysis between current and proposed implementations.
  • Ensure that there is a detailed understanding of the scope boundaries, in and out of scope.
  • Contribute to epics and stories for key programmes ensuring that the engineering teams are working to actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate with the business, SME’s, Delivery, Architects and technical delivery teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Build and manage excellent working relationships with our business users, delivery teams, architecture teams and technical delivery teams ensuring collaborative working.
  • Deliver to agreed timescales, planning and driving work through the different phases of projects.
  • Work alongside Business Analysts ensuring that, from a technical delivery point of view, requirements are well understood.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
