Dynamics 365 CE Technical Business Analyst
We're currently working with a global retail/hospitality brand embarking on a large-scale digital transformation programme across CRM, ERP, integrations, and customer-facing platforms.
They are looking for a strong Technical Business Analyst with proven experience across Microsoft Dynamics environments to help deliver complex integration and transformation initiatives across the business.
Key experience:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- CRM & ERP integrations
- APIs, middleware & data flows
- Digital transformation programmes
- Experience across F&O and/or Business Central (NAV)
- Website & digital platform integrations
- Agile delivery environments.
