Are you a Technical Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation?
We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a growing Project Management Office, helping to deliver technology-enabled change across a complex professional services environment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic projects.
You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables that support project success. Working across multiple departments, you will facilitate workshops, gather and analyse requirements, map processes, and ensure solutions are aligned with organisational objectives. This role offers exposure to a wide range of business and technology initiatives, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement, and driving meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and define requirements
- Document business processes, user journeys, and functional requirements
- Facilitate requirement prioritisation and change control activities
- Produce clear documentation including user stories, process maps, and solution specifications
- Support testing, data migration, and post-implementation activities
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable
- Contribute to transformation projects focused on improving business performance and efficiency
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Experience translating business challenges into user stories and technical requirements
- Process mapping and wire framing experience
- Experience working with complex integrated systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data mapping and requirements traceability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio skills
- Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation
- Experience within professional services, legal services, or other regulated environments
