- About the Role: You’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with senior insurance specialists, data teams, and technology experts to design and deliver digital solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital tools, automate complex workflows, enhance data capabilities, and help shape the next generation of supervisory technology (SupTech).
- Projects will include process automation, AI-enabled solutions, dashboards, data integration, and transforming manual processes into scalable enterprise applications.
- Responsible for understanding business challenges, translating requirements into technical solutions, and building tools using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and AI solutions.

Experience Required:
- 7+ years’ experience across business analysis, software development, automation, digital transformation, or process engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), SharePoint, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience improving business processes through automation and technology.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into practical digital solutions.
- Exposure to financial services, insurance, regulation, or risk would be beneficial.
- Experience with AI tools, dashboards, APIs, GitHub/Azure DevOps, or data analytics would be highly advantageous.
