World Wide Technology (WWT) is looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders (IT Service Owners, Cloud and Container platform teams, control owners) and the engineering team - turning business needs into clear technical requirements that help embed CNAPP capabilities across the organization.
This is a contract Role and Inside IR35
Technical Business Analyst
- Contract Duration: 6 months!
- Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid with 2 days onsite per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Write clear epics and user stories for the engineering team, with enough detail to build from
- Keep requirements, specs, and delivered features aligned and traceable
- Guide stakeholders new to CNAPP through the process of defining what they need
- Run workshops and demos to agree designs and sign off on solutions
- Define acceptance criteria to confirm requirements are met
- Map how CNAPP integrates with other systems (e.g. reporting, data lakes)

Experience & Technical Skills:
- 5+ years as a Business/Technical Analyst in cybersecurity, security, or compliance platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of vulnerability scanning, CSPM, inventory, or similar tools (CNAPP, APSM, etc.)
- Experience writing epics and user stories in Agile/Scrum
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP)
- Nice to have knowledge of PCI-DSS, CIS benchmarks, or similar frameworks
- Nice to have: Cloud or Business Analyst certifications
