About the company

Our client is a specialist investment analytics firm with a proprietary dataset built over more than two decades. Its clients include pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and leading asset managers globally. The firm is now evolving from consultancy delivery to a technology platform, with new tools launching in the coming months that put its analytics directly into users' hands. It is a growing, founder led team, so you will have real visibility, real flexibility and a direct line to the people running the business.

The role

Adoption is the whole job to begin with. At each client firm a small group of sponsors are already deeply bought into the platform. Behind them sit hundreds of colleagues who could have access but are not yet using it. Across a global institutional client base, that is a very large untapped audience, and winning it over is what will make the platform transition succeed.

The initial period is about getting to know the product and the business. You will spend your time understanding who the key decision makers are across the current client list, working closely with the team, then getting deep into each client to help them maximise their usage and get real value from the platform.

That is the starting point, not the ceiling. As adoption is proven across the client base, the role has real scope to evolve into onboarding new business, taking what works with clients out to prospects. This evolution is a key part of how the role is expected to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will be trained and mentored by the senior team, learn the investment analytics domain from people who built it, and take on your own client accounts as you develop. It is a rare chance to learn a specialist industry from the inside while doing a role with a very visible impact.

What you'll do day to day

  • Get to know the product inside out and learn the business deeply, so you can connect what the analytics show to the decisions users actually make
  • Map and build relationships with the key decision makers across the current client list, working closely with the team
  • Run demos, workshops, presentations and online sessions showing users what the platform can do and how to get the most from it
  • Monitor usage and engagement data and act on it: onboard new users, re-engage dormant ones, celebrate the active ones
  • Work with client IT teams to make sure the technology is properly implemented and rolled out at each firm
  • Create the material that drives usage: success stories and insight pieces that give users a reason to come back
  • Support the adoption roadmap across the client base, owning your own accounts as your confidence grows

How success is measured

  • The percentage of addressable users actively using the platform
  • Adoption at the individual level and, more importantly, at the client level
  • Depth of engagement, firm by firm

About you

  • Strong experience (up to around 2 years) in a SaaS, technology or client facing role touching onboarding, customer success or sales development.
  • Comfortable picking up technical concepts quickly and explaining them simply
  • A natural communicator who enjoys presenting and winning people over, with the confidence to grow into senior audiences
  • Organised and persistent: adoption is won through consistent follow up, not one big pitch
  • Curious about investment and financial markets (no prior experience needed, you will be taught by some of the best in the field)
  • Based in or around Croydon, or happy with the commute

Location and working pattern

  • Office in central Croydon, right by Boxpark and its amenities, 15 minutes from London Bridge and 20 minutes from Victoria
  • In office role with core days midweek and hybrid flexibility
  • Option to move to a 4 day week (salary pro rata) if that suits you
  • Start as soon as possible

Why this role

Few junior roles put you this close to the centre of a business. You would join at the start of the platform transition, learn directly from the founder and senior team, and own a scoreboard everyone cares about, with a route into new business as the role evolves. If adoption goes up, that is you.

This search is managed exclusively by The Opportunity Hub UK. Full details of the client and technology are shared at interview stage.
