Position Overview
As an experienced Technical Business Analyst or Implementation Engineer within the Professional Services department at Aiviq, you will take a hands-on role in the execution of implementation projects to new and existing Aiviq clients. You'll collaborate with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Services teams to deliver on global implementations while ensuring technical excellence throughout multiple project lifecycles.
Core Responsibilities:
- Technical Design & Problem Solving
- Receive and execute on work packages for client implementation alongside an Aiviq Project Manager.
- Understand the client data sources at a business and technical level and build data connectors for ingesting that data into the Aiviq solution.
- Work with the Project Manager to define appropriate product and data scope requirements for new client engagements and in defining suitable acceptance criteria.
- Contribute innovative ideas to advance the Professional Services offering.
- Create high-quality technical documentation for client specific implementation work.
- Develop deep product knowledge and work with the Aiviq Product team to implement new features as well as managing and triaging client feedback on product features.
- Define and execute on suitable test criteria for ensuring successful completion of project tasks.
- Conduct sophisticated data analysis to draw out potential problems in implementations or to innovate in improvement to the implementation process.
- Demonstrate advanced SQL skills.
- Work with Engineering and QA on the reporting of, resolution and client-side testing of bugs and issues.

Your Qualifications:
Required Experience
- Between 6 months' - 2 years' previous experience as a technical business analysis, in financial services.
- Advanced SQL skills (Python, C# and .NET also relevant).
- Database design and architectural expertise.
- Ability to grasp new business data domains quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
- Agile development methodology experience.
Desired Experience
- Experience with financial reporting or revenue management systems.
- Testing experience across complex rules engines and financial data.
- Experience with AI/ML implementation and/or BI/reporting solutions.
- Experience with Azure or other relevant cloud-based solutions.
